Just over a year ago I stepped down as pulpit minister. Our youth minister was the best qualified man to fill the role.The problem was after 14 years people really knew him. Just like with anyone else, there were things they didn’t like. Instead of giving him a chance, they left. Most were very faithful members. He has step up and is growing every day!
It is strange as we reveal the real us, others want us to be a “general”. Yet I have found most people in the pew want us to reveal our weaknesses and see we are still learning and trusting in the grace of God just like they are.
